If the OP had a cat it would have been covered in cat piss instead, which I think, sadly, is much harder to clean off. Our lovely cat has decided she doesn't want to use the litter box all the time (after having done so for the past 3 years without issue), now we find puddles of piss everywhere, and she's even pissed in the dryer, which now reeks of cat urine and cannot be gotten rid of.
