I can't think of a circumstance where being a girl and being on stage with Tyler the Creator is a good idea.

[–]Duffong 396 points397 points ago

I for one can't think of a good reason why anyone would think it's a good idea to film anything in portrait view.

[–]breenisgreen 48 points49 points ago

Well, I've never seen these guys before... You sir may be responsible for wasting hours of my life

[–]DataKeeper 18 points19 points ago

They just did an AMA too.

[–]nicholasblvs 11 points12 points ago

Can you find that AMA?

[–]Puffinio 7 points8 points ago

Here

EDIT: Seems this only works for some, you can find it with a search if it doesn't for you.

[–]BlackDave 11 points12 points ago

Yeah! It's not like you were wasting them on Reddit or any other websites.

[–]degeneraded 9 points10 points ago

thank you so much for this. this drives me crazy and i'm always told i'm the only one. i have been validated.

[–]glaedr 5 points6 points ago

That was fucking awesome.

[–]dontFightThis 18 points19 points ago

It's so much easier to hold. In a crowd where you don't want to lose your phone because of a 3 finger contact, you'd rather have it safe in the palm of your hand where monitoring the recording is easier and more comfortable as well. And that is why I don't use my phone for recording video.

[–]Touringcar 1 point2 points ago

Considering people are long in height, and not so much in width, it makes perfect sense. Especially for a video like this.

Traditionally it's not an accepted way of filming at all, but it's slowly changing with the coming of mobile phones. It's an interesting development (filmguy here) and I'm looking forward to the point where it starts to become more commonplace in professional works.

[–]srg717 103 points104 points ago

No, he's a gentlemen and is widely known for his tender treatment of not only the ladies, but everyone around him.

[–]BlondeGhandi 128 points129 points ago

I watched him jump off a 15 ft monitor and severely break a guys nose in the audience at SXSW two years ago. Tenderly.

[–]EvanOath 67 points68 points ago

Tyler punched me in the face when I saw Trash Talk.

[–]tre101 17 points18 points ago

Did you hit him back..I mean have you seen how small he is? I bet he cant take a punch

[–]Timisaghost 31 points32 points ago

Dear god i hope you're kidding

[–]tre101 6 points7 points ago

About him being small?

[–]MrShittyFatTits 47 points48 points ago

He's over six foot and he's ripped.

[–]jamieownsu 10 points11 points ago

He looks like he weighs 120lbs bro.

[–]tre101 23 points24 points ago

he is? TIL. And he might be toned but he is really skinny. Could not tell from any videos he was that tall

[–]Hiof-Katnyp 12 points13 points ago

That sounds awesome. Tenderly awesome.

[–]jfjjfjff 52 points53 points ago

i'm old and don't get the joke. can you explain who tyler the creator is for us fuddy-duddies? thanks in advance.

[–]onion_cutting_champ 154 points155 points ago

Tyler the Creator is a young rapper with a notable solo career as well as being part of the Los Angeles collective "Odd Future". Despite finding a lot of mainstream popularity, especially among younger demographics, for the unique style he has, he is also open to criticism. Most notably he is seen as being fairly homophobic with high usage of words such as faggot and using gay as a negative adjective, more relevant in this case is that he is also seen as fairly misogynistic critics pointing out the themes of rape and violence against women that are prevalent in the album Goblin. Perhaps further compounding this was his response to criticism on this issue by Tegan and Sara, saying "If Tegan and Sara need some hard dick, hit me up!"

I can't think of a circumstance where being a girl and being on stage with Tyler the Creator is a good idea.

Thus I believe that the intent of emptythecache's comment was to point out that given the misogynistic attitude that Tyler projects as well as his reputation for getting rather violent at shows that being on stage with him, especially as a female has a higher probability of ending badly. Worrying stuff but one should also keep in mind that he was also one of the loudest supporting voices when Frank Ocean came out and it is arguable that misogyny is systematic in hip hop as a whole, but this does not take accountability away from the individual.

Hope that helped!

[–]anae 90 points91 points ago

Just a quick aside - all of Tyler's 'shockingness' is just shock for shock value's sake. For example, with the 'homophobia', the use of 'fag' and 'gay' and stuff is just a rejection of political correctness. One of the members of Odd Future, Syd, is openly bisexual, and pretty damn open about it too. If you listen to some of their tracks, they make music for outcasts, weirdos, minorities, etc (or at least, that's what the lyrics say). For example, closing lyrics of 'Oldie' by Odd Future:

"This is for the niggers in the suburbs

And the white kids with nigger friends who say the n-word

And the ones that got called weird, fag, bitch, nerd

Cause you was into jazz, kitty cats, and Steven Spielberg"

[–]zenlogick 59 points60 points ago

Frank Ocean, the most talented one of the bunch, is also gay.

[–]PilgrimB 29 points30 points ago

Technically bisexual, but the point still stands.

[–]Mint_Julius 6 points7 points ago

Yay bi-visibility!

[–]onion_cutting_champ 8 points9 points ago

Nostalgia and Orange are pretty gosh darn incredible.

[–]anae 4 points5 points ago

Oh yeah haha. Can't believe I forgot about that.

[–]seveneightn9ne 4 points5 points ago

Bi not gay

[–]Fresh_Orange 2 points3 points ago

And Frank.

[–]duBiYou 25 points26 points ago

Tyler isnt homophobic, he said "I'm not homophobic. I just say faggot and use gay as an adjective to describe stupid shit," and, "I'm not homophobic. I just think faggot hits and hurts people." However, he later said in an interview with MTV about the slurs, "Well, I have gay fans and they don't really take it offensive, so I don't know. If it offends you, it offends you. If you call me a nigga, I really don't care, but that's just me, personally. Some people might take it the other way; I personally don't give a shit."

[–]onion_cutting_champ 9 points10 points ago

Yeah it gets into that whole thing of whether you can or can't use a word based on its historical context, and then smarter people than me start talking about freedom of speech and stuff like that but all I've been doing is saying the word over and over in my head thinking about how funny it sounds.

[–]chingyduster 6 points7 points ago

You forgot to mention, it's mostly white hipsters who go to OFWG shows.

[–]Raazzuls 11 points12 points ago

He's a rapper. Youtube "Yonkers."

[–]jfjjfjff 44 points45 points ago

i liked it. downloading the album.

[–]kevons5252 7 points8 points ago

Download everything else of his and Odd Future's while you're at it. Oldie, Rella, Bitch Suck Dick (a parody of modern rap), Orange Juice, everything. Odd Future is the breath of fresh air hip-hop desperately needed.

[–]i_am_andy 6 points7 points ago

'Yonkers' is the high point of that album, I found. Tyler is generally a forgettable rapper. His fans would rip me to shreds for saying that because they are caught up in the hype, but I don't seem him being around for too long, as he's trying to take the intellectual approach but he's not making any big statements/ideas.

[–]jfjjfjff 13 points14 points ago

didn't tell me anything. just a kid acting wacky, which is fine. if he got out of the car at some point and punched a girl in the face i might understand the implication.

[–]money_buys_a_jetski 3 points4 points ago

There's another one where he slaps a girl mannequin, does that count?

[–]WickedSunday 3 points4 points ago

The guy driving the car got grounded when his parents saw that video. So gangster.

[–]Todomanna 24 points25 points ago

I can't think of a circumstance where being a girl and jumping face first into a crowd for crowd surfing would be a good idea.

[–]AadeeMoien 6 points7 points ago

As a man. I'm all for it.

[–]MattyMac27 20 points21 points ago

As a man. I'm all for it if they're skinny and attractive.

FTFY

[–]sdtwo 5 points6 points ago

I saw a girl lick his toes on stage during a concert. So.. you give and you get?

[–]MKCardwell 6 points7 points ago

Remember that time he hit a female photographer in the pit? Dude is a douche.

[–]Fun_muffins 33 points34 points ago

I thought that was Left Brain that did that, not Tyler

[–]vittu-saatana 36 points37 points ago

I was there. New Orleans Voodoo Experience last Oct. I have never been as scared in an audience as I was then. Awesome show.

[–]dereistic 5 points6 points ago

You would think them being on stage and whatnot that they would expect and be used to photographers taking pictures of them.

[–]hackmiester 26 points27 points ago

Are we talking about a MOSH pit here? And are we talking about someone getting HIT? Someone fill me in here, seems like it should be expected...

[–]dereistic 2 points3 points ago

Odd Future was bitching about how they hate having photographers close to the stage when it could be used for fans. Apparently Tyler the Creator hit a photographer, not sure if he was going after the photographer or the camera, but either way, he shouldn't have attacked the photographers.

[–]dontfoxwithme 2 points3 points ago

There's a fenced off little area adjacent to the stage that has official media people in it. Middle of the show he starts getting visibly agitated and starts to posture and cuss at the photogs. His reasoning is he's pissed that the official festival media people got better tickets than the people that paid for the tickets. So all of a sudden he starts attacking photogs and slapping their camera gear with his fury mostly directed at one random lady. There are photographers adjacent to the stage at every concert ever. They are the ones that give bands free publicity.

[–]GrizzlyAdams90 1 point2 points ago

I don't agree with his actions, but I agree with his reasons for it. They don't give a shit about publicity, they want to put on good shows for their fans. If them being there prevents some fans from having an even better show, than Tyler and them won't be okay with them there.

[–]vittu-saatana 1 point2 points ago

They were pissed cos their fans were behind the photographer's pit. They were being hostile to the VIP attendees also because the VIP area wasn't as densely packed as the general. It was really fun.

http://www.rollingstone.com/music/news/odd-future-member-slaps-female-photographer-20111031

[–]fabtastik 7 points8 points ago

Wasn't Tyler who did it it was another member from the group.

[–]DoinItDirty 3 points4 points ago

It was Left Brain, half of side group Mellowhype with fellow member Hodgy Beats. Actually much darker than Odd Future.

[–]MrMastodon 5 points6 points ago

If she had a dick and hairy areolas instead would it make him a hero or would he still be a douche?

[–]abdias2 261 points262 points ago

My favorite part is watching it on the tiny phone screen in the corner.

[–]calmateguey 91 points92 points ago

It's like Picture in Picture!

[–]AFewSecondsAgoDouche 49 points50 points ago

We need to go deeper.

[–]akatherder 31 points32 points ago

I'm watching it on my phone.

[–]Vanfili 18 points19 points ago

Enhance.

[–]lethargicwalrus 13 points14 points ago

That was probably his favorite part too. Why not just enjoy the concert while you're there?

[–]goofymilk 8 points9 points ago

Because when you film something, you're able to watch it again later?

[–]the_fern386 34 points35 points ago

But, it's a concert. He's likely to be very close to the speakers and it would just sound like BJABASJBDBFRHGRHJGFBHFGKRG with some screams from the crowd that are barely audible. Not saying you're wrong, just that filming a concert from a phone is a bad decision.

[–]Big_h3aD 12 points13 points ago

I saw one of my favorite bands live this summer, and they played 13-14 songs, I filmed 2 of them, to watch later and remember just how fucking awesome it was.

I agree with you if you only film the whole show and don't participate at all, but filming one or two songs definetly isn't a bad thing.

[–]cwlsmith 2 points3 points ago

How was that Selena Gomez concert anyway?

Probably because Kunt_Thunda beat you to it by 2 minutes.

[–]thecajunone 11 points12 points ago

Turbo obviously deserves to be set on fire for his sin.

[–]Ravek 6 points7 points ago

When several people post the same answer to a question, for some reason reddit will upvote the first one and downvote any answers posted later (without giving a fuck that you'd never have seen the first answer unless you're constantly F5'ing the page)

And then there's people who think it's dumb to give a comment a negative score just because it happened to be posted 1 minute after an identical comment, so they upvote it.

BITCH GTFO I'M DOING SCIENCE

[–]GreatBallsofTitanium 148 points149 points ago

How did he put so much power into that thrust?!

[–]hot_skillet 269 points270 points ago

You do not live up to your username.

[–]Jjunior130 14 points15 points ago

he looked like a chef at a first glance.

[–]GreatBallsofTitanium 73 points74 points ago

I'm sure I could withstand the impact but I'm not sure I could manufacture the speed... being weighed down and all...

[–]folderol 5 points6 points ago

You just need acceleration. F=ma. You titanium balls are a plus. You don't need them to travel far at a high speed but they need to get up to speed quickly. Come on man. We know you can do it.

[–]Dolan_Be_Trollin 5 points6 points ago

Yeah, so when he's gonna hump, he's gotta run at that bitch.

[–]autocol 1 point2 points ago

You do realise titanium is extremely light?

[–]SergeantSarcasm 13 points14 points ago

But they are giant.

[–]folderol 11 points12 points ago

Not compared to ball meat.

[–]icouldbewrongbut 18 points19 points ago

I don't know, but that girls dancing looks fucking stupid.

[–]Dolan_Be_Trollin 4 points5 points ago

He's got BALLS OF STEEELL!

[–]fearsofgun 22 points23 points ago

and she was never seen again

[–]CamouflageDave 10 points11 points ago

in the actual video she comes back up for more

[–]Spookaboo 4 points5 points ago

Why would you?

[–]Rizzpooch 7 points8 points ago

Same reason I would want to get right back on the plane and go down the emergency slide again, but they apparently don't want you to do that

[–]daveo999 8 points9 points ago

Falcon... thrust!!!

[–]Team_Khalifa 2 points3 points ago

Is this real?!?

[–]elesdee 3 points4 points ago

Is this the same dude?

[–]BobbyD84 2 points3 points ago

Looks like she got fucked off the stage.

[–]asshat13 123 points124 points ago

careful. you don't want to wind up like Randy from Lamb of God

[–]jooes 184 points185 points ago

That's what I was going to say...

For those not familiar with this, a few years back some guy decided he was going to come on the stage at a Lamb of God concert in Poland (I believe). Randy, the singer, wasn't too impressed and he threw him off the stage. The guy fell, cracked his head, suffered some serious injuries, and ended up dying a couple days later.

A few years later (IE, a few months ago) Lamb of God decides to play another show in Poland. And as soon as Randy gets off the plane, bam, he's arrested for manslaughter and is currently fighting it out with the Polish government.

[–]onlyforthensfw 114 points115 points ago

It was in the Czech Republic, not Poland.

[–]weatherseed 37 points38 points ago

This is what happens when you bounce a Czech.

[–]jooes 49 points50 points ago

Eh, close enough.

[–]Godtiermasturbator 29 points30 points ago

It's all Reich

[–]ikaika 5 points6 points ago

[–]lmnopqrs11 15 points16 points ago

I missed seeing them with Gojira and Deathklok because of the sudden arrest T-T

[–]bigups43 20 points21 points ago

LOG fan here. It was in Prague.

[–]whatthefuckguys 11 points12 points ago

Wow.

This is what stage bouncers are for! It's important to keep people off of the stage for the artist's safety and the audience's safety.

EDIT: Turns out it was in the Czech Republic.

[–]lolquetaco 6 points7 points ago

IIRC, the bouncers threw the kid back a few times, but on the final attempt he made it through. That's when Randy made the push.

[–]AstorSapolsky 3 points4 points ago

Especially in metal, especially after what happened to Dimebag. The music community just isn't always trusting of random people who try to repeatedly force their way on stage. It's one thing for a smaller or underground band who has that sort of energy, but a bigger band like Lamb of God is guaranteed to have way more insane fans.

[–]residentskitz 12 points13 points ago

If you watch the video, the guy jumped up there a ton a times, was being pretty crazy, and the lead singer barely touches him, not "threw him off stage"

In fact, here is the video and it doesnt even look like Randy touched the guy! top video, 15 seconds in.

http://wtvr.com/2012/07/04/lamb-of-god-fan-video/

[–]porkchameleon 20 points21 points ago

This is believed not to be the incident in question.

[–]bvanman 8 points9 points ago

What the hell? The guy just kinda rolls off the stage.

[–]porkchameleon 5 points6 points ago

Not the same guy, there were a few stage divers, as always.

[–]MikeisFr3sh 51 points52 points ago

When I saw them at funfunfun fest in Austin, someone threw a water bottle at Tyler. It hit him in the face, he got pissed, and jumped from the stage into the crowd. He never found who threw the bottle at him, but in his rampage he managed to punch me in the chest.

TL;DR I got punched in the chest by Tyler the Creator.

[–]fcman 16 points17 points ago

Should have punched him back

[–]kingmema 3 points4 points ago

I cant imagine a punch from tyler hurt that much

[–]everleet 28 points29 points ago

Randy Blythe from lamb of god did this and spent almost 2 months in a Czech prison.

[–]moderndayvigilante 4 points5 points ago

Did he have a good time at least?

[–]Lord_Attikus 0 points1 point ago

I figure he would either be a trophy bitch, or a god in there.

[–]Thinkiknoweverything 0 points1 point ago

No.

[–]Styvorama 171 points172 points ago

How self important must you be to think that guy is performing for all these people but it's cool if I hop up these for a minute and make an ass of myself.

[–]Annarr 12 points13 points ago

Wait, don't performers sometimes bring people on stage? I'm not sure if he would push her off after bringing her on, but I've heard this guy is a crazy mo'fucka so I'm not sure.

[–]Scrimpslol 6 points7 points ago

She just climbed on. Tyler lets girls stay on stage sometimes as long as they're not taking attention from the actual musicians, then he'll ask them to get off if they become attention whores. If you watch the video they told her several times to get off and were chanting for her to get off by this point.

[–]ricktencity 2 points3 points ago

Yeah some of them do, DJ's do it a lot. However if you're not pulled or waved on stage you should stay the fuck off.

[–]UnicornsExist 63 points64 points ago

Went to see The Damned Things (Joe Trohman and Andy Hurley of Fall Out Boy, Scott Ian and Rob Caggiano of Anthrax, Keith Buckley of Every Time I Die and Josh Newton formerly of Every Time I Die) with my father (Met Scott Ian, fyi great guy) a few years back in a small venue in London. Literally the stage was about 2 feet of the ground so you could climb on easily. There was this one drunk douchebag who kept going up on stage because he did it once at a Every Time I Die gig and Keith Buckley recognised him. Keith made a snide but funny comment once, but you could see he was getting visibly annoyed because this guy kept jumping up on stage mid-gig and was trying to make a drunken fool of himself. This douche was also trying to start a moshpit which is fine, but in a group of young girls and people who don't want to get into one it gets rough.

Kept hitting these 14ish year old girls who were visiablly about to burst into tears so my dad tapped him on the shoulder and asked him kindly to stop. This 21 year old then shoves and tries to punch my dad, who dodges and just watches, stunned that he would start a fight with a 42 year old who is much more tough. This guy then ran into the bathroom because security were hunting him down all night. The band put in a special request.

After the gig was over, the guy basically stood outside and tried to greet people like he was famous and was a member of the band. Though this GIF is staged these people exist, and the self-importance they have come from a lack of personality and talent.

[–]Styvorama 18 points19 points ago

I have caught a knee to the back of the skull from some guy who climbed on the boxed to the left of the stage and decided to jump on the crowd that was facing away from him.

I have been to small nearly empty venues where one guy just starts pushing everyone like that is the proper pit etiquette. Pits don't happen when you are the only guy doing it, and you are pushing people in the back who all have a foot or so of space around them. That's calls knocking people over.

Not an in the pit person myself, prefer to be part of the wall protecting the people I came with, but there is nothing better than seeing the people who will be in there tearing it up, but know when to stop to help each other up and watching out for each other. Some people understand other are just looking to cause trouble or get attention.

[–]bedintruder 13 points14 points ago

I was at a NIN show several years ago and some dude right next to us was trying to start a pit rather then go join the one that wasn't that far away. Aside from the immediate crowd by us being a lot of middle aged people, one of which had a kid on his shoulders, there were tons of girls around us including the several in our group. No one was wanting to mosh with this dude, but he decided he was going to try to force it rather then move and join another one.

At one point when he almost knocked over the dude with the kid, kid-dude and another guy tell him to get lost before someone gets hurt. Mosh kid just ignored them and kept bouncing around and shoving people. After a short bit he starts throwing elbows and lands one right in the back of this one girl's head. I just immediately jumped over and shoved him to the ground.

At that point I was pretty pissed and told him to get his fucking ass out of here before me and all these dudes right here make him. He actually started bitching about how he just wants to have a good time at the show and just have a nice mosh with everyone, and why do we have to be such assholes to him. I told him no one here wanted to mosh, so go join one of the other pits or don't but either way get the fuck out of here.

He left at that point. About 10 minutes later I see him a short distance away with 2 other dudes pointing at me. I gave a quick nudge to my buddies and we just all stared at them until they realized at which point they turned around and walked away. Never saw them after that.

[–]Where_does_iStart 1 point2 points ago

See, that's the problem, gate tickets, no mosh - and when you finally do get involved, you have to be THAT guy. ;)

I'm not defending his, or the aforementioned actions, but it's not quite past a surprise for someone to throw down at any given moment during a heavier show.

People tend to forget what they are getting into when they enter the floor; if it's not for you, that's what the back line and/or seats are good for.

[–]bedintruder 3 points4 points ago

Im not against moshing, but the kid just wasn't in the right place for it. The crowd around us didnt want to participate, nor did they even seem like the people that would. It was pretty obvious everyone around him was tired of his shit after a couple minutes.

We weren't in the middle of the main floor or anything like that. It was a general admission show on a lawn. Crowd wise we were very far back, very close to the edge of the crowd where it was much lighter, relaxed, and we weren't packed shoulder to shoulder. Ya know, where the older folks with kids on their shoulders hang out.

[–]ivenoideawhat 0 points1 point ago

Every show is full of losers that want to jump on stage and feel important. If I were performing I wouldn't care if they were just dancing, but it's when they start trying to get the crowds attention or act like they're part of the groups entourage that it annoys the shit out of me.

[–]horseshorseshorsesho 112 points113 points ago

I hate those kind of girls.

[–]voltron818 73 points74 points ago

everyone does. Especially Tyler.

[–]DaymanMaster0fKarate 17 points18 points ago

Then he shouldn't have a fanbase that consists entirely of angry suburban white kids.

[–]oananbr 29 points30 points ago

Are you implying he has any input in that? It's not like he's going to say "man, I hate my fanbase, bruh. I'm gonna switch't up to jazz or some shiet so I get rid of aaall these white faggots who can't potentially harm me"

[–]berriesthatburn 2 points3 points ago

well he did do some stuff with BBNG :P

[–]pRtkL_xLr8r 8 points9 points ago

Looks fake. Like if it was part of the shows. She falls too gracefully.

[–]kihadat 2 points3 points ago

To me, it just looks like she's getting people to put their hands up to catch her so she can crowd surf.

[–]Capitan_Amazing 12 points13 points ago

Now I need a gif. of Tyler dancing.

[–]mattmcegg 41 points42 points ago

[–]Capitan_Amazing 21 points22 points ago

He's so graceful.....

[–]studmuffffffin 5 points6 points ago

Is there a youtube version of this? Your site isn't working for me.

[–]Jias 4 points5 points ago

[–]heavylow 20 points21 points ago

Just remember GG Allin raped girls on stage at his shows so this is pretty nice in comparison.

[–]DaymanMaster0fKarate 12 points13 points ago

GG Allin was mentally unstable.

[–]Skwerley 12 points13 points ago

That's putting it mildly

[–]NBAallstar 5 points6 points ago

And guys.

[–]ricktencity 5 points6 points ago

Not to mention threw shit into the crowd and actively fought anyone dumb enough to get near the front. If you went to one of his shows you knew what you were getting yourself into.

[–]hatetolove 3 points4 points ago

Sure, when he wasn't eating his own shit or passing out from heroin before the show even stated.

[–]heavylow 2 points3 points ago

Or purposefully attempting to overdose on heroin on stage.

[–]samsterlicious 1 point2 points ago

RIP sir

[–]beefnchicken 6 points7 points ago

I GOT IT! She was motioning for everyone to put their hands up so she could stage dive. And he just gave her that extra little push.

I feel like a detective.

[–]quadrumvirate 3 points4 points ago

Randy Blythe did it way better.

[–]prometheuspk 19 points20 points ago

hahah. I love how he doesn't even look where the girl went.

[–]beluho 20 points21 points ago

golfwang

[–]Tebasaki 33 points34 points ago

If you're filming video, turn that shit SIDEWAYS!

[–]thesimplemachine 20 points21 points ago

If you're at a concert, just enjoy it.

[–]HungryTaco 8 points9 points ago

How to record a concert on your phone:

Step 1: Don't record the concert on your phone

[–]jceez 3 points4 points ago

At this point its a design flaw. It's 10x easier to hold it.

[–]i_am_omega 4 points5 points ago

This gif is full of shit to look at. The PiP on the phone, the DJ pointing out towards the horizon, the smile on the dude in the glasses, the dude that motions "come on, jump!" and then looks like "oh shit here she comes", the word "white" in the corner, the fluidity in which TtC spins... its mesmerizing.

P.S. don't do drugs

[–]guitarpsycho182 5 points6 points ago

I always get uneasy when I see a fan get on the stage for more than 1 second... Fucking dimebag man.

[–]MOFUNKY 7 points8 points ago

Why is everyone just ignoring his awesome spin???

[–]nbinney 8 points9 points ago

Her shirt makes this

[–]DeadWade 3 points4 points ago

That is Odd Future right?

[–]Shadowstep33 3 points4 points ago

OFWGKTA

[–]MrDynazty 26 points27 points ago

Odd Future = greatest show of my life. They are great entertainers.

[–]rehtuS 18 points19 points ago

I feel like everyone would be punching each other in the face throughout the show.

[–]dpthree 9 points10 points ago

They do. Just went to the one in Santa Cruz where punk kids who came with their parents were crying 'cause they got hit.

[–]rehtuS 13 points14 points ago

Who the fuck would go to an OF concert with their parents?

[–]pepito420 31 points32 points ago

[–]rehtuS 7 points8 points ago

That's actually pretty awesome. It would be awkward as hell with my parents.

[–]radcopter2 4 points5 points ago

Sounds like the punks in Santa Cruz have changed since I was last there.

[–]Ultra-ChronicMonstah 1 point2 points ago

I saw them at Reading this year and it was one of the worst shows there, though not through their fault. It was a shame; they were putting everything in, but the sounds was awful and their set was cut short because the crowd was getting 'too aggressive'. I was right at the front, all there was were a bunch of indies dancing, hardly a riot. In fact, every Main Stage show at Reading was a disappointment up until Kasabian, purely because of the shitty sound.

[–]Holyshista 3 points4 points ago

Great live performance I can say that much!

[–]Brosephbro 4 points5 points ago

Girls who stage dive are basically asking to be groped.

[–]AggressiveOptimist 6 points7 points ago

I have the nagging feeling that it was planned.

[–]DanDanTheMonkeyMan 5 points6 points ago

It's alright, she doesn't give a fuck. It says, right there on her t-shirt.

[–]juloxx 4 points5 points ago

When OF came to our town, a couple of girls were kicking it with them in their trailer. Tyler told em either they have sex right now or they get the boot. The girl was hesitant, so Tyler slapped her on the face and kicked her out. I shit you not

[–]TheWaywardBus 1 point2 points ago

Good thing she doesn't give a fuck

[–]ChappyWagon 0 points1 point ago

Looks like she willingly jumped to me.

[–]dubsteppa86 2 points3 points ago

I got kids, bills, kids and other shit......nigga

[–]owensmw2 0 points1 point ago

FUCK GANG

[–]subtitles_thoughts 5 points6 points ago

Stagedive, bitch.

[–]Metaphysick 1 point2 points ago

That's what we call a "stage potato."

[–]CapnBubbles 4 points5 points ago

I'm pretty sure she jumped and wasn't pushed.

[–]sylvanfletcher 15 points16 points ago

Yeah it looks like she was already on her way when he pushed her. Surprised nobody else seems to have noticed

[–]Rhynocerous 2 points3 points ago

Exactly, she was fucking crowd surfing, has nobody here been to a concert before...

You get up on stage. And jump off. Come on Reddit.

[–]Frankenfish 3 points4 points ago

He knew she was going to jump, so he pushed her as she did

[–]DFWTooThrowed 3 points4 points ago

Did Reddit just upvote Odd Future? I never thought I would see the day..

[–]KennyFuckingPowers 30 points31 points ago

It's almost like everyone here likes different things!

[–]Fixdgear 10 points11 points ago

It's almost like most people on reddit are white teenagers, the same demographic that likes odd future.

[–]recuringhangover 0 points1 point ago

I don't get why this community seems to like this guy for being a complete dick on purpose, yet hates MC Chris for being a complete dick on accident. You have a savant that you toss to the curb.

[–]maxik_89 2 points3 points ago

He pushed her off with some style, yo!
