An acronym is an abbreviation that can be pronounced (like RAM). TLA is not an acronym, it's an initialism :).

You typed this. The request is to either write it out - Universal Serial Bus (I'm not sure it needs to be capitalized, someone else can correct me there) or to just use the acronym USB, but not a strange amalgam of both. As you've written it, it would be universal universal serial bus serial bus.
