Winter Carnival eh? Probably what I miss most about Tech. Those sculptures are pretty damn impressive. Last year I was there someone made a whole Futurama scene that was pretty amazing, people-mover tubes and all.

This is from Michigan Tech University's 2005 Winter Carnival. The crusty crab is just to the right of this picture. The ice windows were the best part. Patrick's rock is to the left.

I made a snow Sphinx with some friends once in the snowy wine hills of Italy. It was pretty terrible but we convinced ourselves it was worth the effort.

We set out to build the entire Giza Plateau but didnt have the right tools to fine tune the pyramids - they just looked like giant snowballs. =/

Good times for sure... except for the cold and no woman and all that jazz... Salary is pretty darn awesome though.. so overall good move.
