The point was that in this fight Bas hit him with a closed fist. Doesn't matter if that is what Frank was after but, in the end, Bas had points taken off for doing it. I do believe a video exist of Him saying he did do it out of frustration. Here it is

Fair enough, but seeing as how there's no obvious way of knowing which fight this gif is from and your post offers no context, I'm sure you can see how someone would get confused.

I'm also not sure why you would even mention something seemingly unrelated to the gif itself, which is why I assumed that the fight you were talking about was the vid that was linked.
