It does in my experience. At this point, it's extremely rare for me to even feel like doing it. I get kinda uncomfortable sometimes, but it doesn't even come close to that level. I think there have been like two occasions this year when i actually felt like doing it. That feeling used to last for a few days, really sucks, but these past couple times I have been able to stop it within the same day it started.
