I highly doubt the lack of flushing is being done for water conservation, since from my observations of college kids at my party college, is that none of them give a FUCK.

And thus, you have to wonder why these shit fucks are even in college in the first place. College isn't where you learn to be an adult, you assholes.

College has become a fucking JOKE, the "next step" out of high school where you go to PARTY, that's it. Well that, and hoping they can graduate into a job that doesn't require actual WORK, since everybody is a lazy fucking fuck these days.

This party school here is such a fucking mess, that all these poor destructive teenage fucks (who don't even attend college here) will drive all the way here (hours away) from the city to this place (despite them living near the city and near no less than 3 other major state and private Universities) just to party. That's how fucked up the party scene is here.

Cops are out on horses. The streets are trashed. Girls get raped and sexually assaulted like clockwork.

And nothing is ever done about it, because the school administration is full of retards, the police department is full of ex-frat boy rejects who I've heard are into Coke, and the whole place is just a poor run-down pile of shit poverty rural shit stain on the map.
