This is from the "new" season (Ren and Stimpy: Adult Party Cannon) of Ren and Stimpy that aired in 2003 and 2004. There were only three episodes of it made and it was promptly canceled because of poor ratings from fans and critics. I personally don't they they are that bad to be honest. One of the main reasons John Kricfalusi left the show was because of the loss of creative control over his series. In these episodes he was allowed to be free with what he wanted to do. So while they aren't the highest quality, these episodes are very much cut from the same cloth as the rest of the series. This is what the original creator wanted to do with the series. unfortunately he ended up pulling a George Lucas with the series.
