I attended this event with my grandpa, it was a commemoration of the 60th anniversary of the Incheon landing. He was in the first wave of landers at Incheon and gave a speech prior to the mock landing here. It was a pretty nifty event, although of course the next day North Korea said the reenactment was a bunch of warmongering and whatnot.

              Yeah it was pretty intense, we were stuck there for a month in one stretch, shelling day and night. It was a big effort to train the norwegian special forces before they went to afghanistan. The picture above was taken by one of the guys registrating where our shells hit. I was stationed as a reloader on one of the six m109s.

                Smoke screen carts, common especially on tanks. When something detects an incoming IR or infrared signature the launcher pops off a few of these to interfere with the targeting signature. Or can be done manually when a screen is desired. There's been a lot of advancement and fielding of man/boat portable versions of this.
