When I was young, I honestly had no damn clue what to do when one of these came up in an activity/coloring book, so I think it's quite possible a young child did this.

I remember doing these as a kid. I had no idea what those lines were for.

It wasn't until I was in art school and my professor showed us how to use a grid to transfer a smaller drawing onto a large canvas for painting using a grid and I was like... fuck.

I just finished watching the third season and it was awesome. The thing is I was sitting there probably like you are now thinking it was a pretty childish show with little redeeming value. I was delightfully surprised at how mature it was and how much thought had been put in the story. Near the end of the third season I was nearly brought to tears because I truly cared for the characters. In short I highly recommend it. Now I'm off to go watch The Legend of Korra.

I just finished watching the first three episodes and while I did like them you are correct in that they do not have the same charm. I think one of the major factors of this is the music that plays sometimes during action. It just feels out of place. Anywho thanks for your honest opinion.

I disagree.

The first 2-3 episodes do not represent the show that well. It gets a lot more mature into the second half of the first season. By which, I don't just mean darker (which it does do that) but just the writing gets a lot less "TEACH THE KIDS A LESSON" and a lot more "WOO ADVENTURES AND PLOT"
