Well, it was. I live 10 minutes from this place (by foot) and i was there last saturday. The installation has been replaced.

I came to see if someone else could explain this. He hair looks darker, her head is obstructed in the mirrored view despite it being completely out of the window, and her arms dont look to be in the same position.

The mirror at the top is most likely not lined up properly. You can see that the image curves slightly where the two mirrors meet in the middle which suggests that the alignment is off.

She's not leaning forward. She's leaning backwards.

If you zoom in on her image in the mirror you can see that one half of her head is lighter in colour than the other.

I think they meant leaning forward in the mirror (away from the "building"). Though if you look closely she is, it's just not very obvious.

This is correct, the wall of mirrors is made of smaller mirrors, and the very top mirror was at a steeper angle and cuts of a very narrow part of the mirror below

Its the arms that drive me crazy. I can tell her head is just being cut off because the mirror is in parts, but the reflection it looks like one hand is going up, but on the bottom...gah!

I agree, despite the mismatch of mirror edges, the girl's reflection at the top still has one hand held up while the girl has both hands down.

If I'd be any good in painting I'd line it out for you. Her arms are like two mildly orange colored somethings hardly visible on each side...

Edit: And what you might assume to be a shoulder / arm is, I guess, her hair

Edit: and it's more pinkish than orange and gets violet from the ellbows on....

in regards to the arm, it is possible that the camera scans from top to bottom or bottom to top while taking the picture. This would allow for the change in position as seen in the photo. Note, this is just speculation and I don't know enough about photography to say whether or not this is the case

It is not a single mirror. 4 of the mirror sections meet right by her head and they are not perfectly aligned. Also the fact that she is sitting up straight ruins the perspective a bit.

My dad used to have piecemeal mirrors in his basement. Where the two mirrors join, the image tends to get distorted. It looks like they are not perfectly level, which causes reflections to become distorted, a la funhouse mirrors.

Yeah, it's in a different position because light it takes longer for light to travel to the camera from that position, so while everyone else at the top was still, this girl obviously moved.

In order to process this image, realize: The camera is right side up. Gravity is pointing down. Look in the back left, see the people standing up? There, now you have your bearings.

Now look at the ground. It's a sideways building facade, and it's reflecting into a mirror at an angle above it.
