Interesting side note, he was supposed to comb his hair in that scene, but he didn't like the idea of them making him do it, so he improvised the stopping short so he wouldn't have to comb it. Source: Henry Winkler on the Mohr Stories podcast. Also, the 10 feet he road the motorcycle in the opening credits is the extent of the motorcycle riding he has ever done in his lifetime.
