This is photoshopped. I live in Los Angeles and haven't seen these around. I'm assuming OP hasn't responded with where the photo was taken because of it being a hoax. Look at how the image on all 3 is exactly the same angle, none of them look turned. The the image is also not very cylindrical compared to the shape of the candle, it still looks pretty flat.
