Engrish (イングリッシュ?) is a slang term for unusual forms of English language usage by native speakers of some East Asian languages. So It looks to me that Engrish as a term can be used for spoken language as well... I fail to understand why the 'switch -> SUICHI' pronounciation cannot be referred to as an example of Engrish.
