Poor driver, can you imagine how confused they were when that happened. Just driving along and next your car's doing a back flip.

I did this exact thing with a go-kart. My friend had a zipline out of a tree-fort (basically a pulley hanging on a rope, with a ropeswing attached. The ropeswing caught the top bar of the go-kart and our bottom went out from under us, suddenly flipping the kart for no reason (2 Seater kart, much younger and more unsupervised than we should have been).

It was very disorienting.

In the video, he walks out and then when the adrenaline starts to wear down a bit it seems like he's favoring an arm... I guess the engineers figured it wasn't worth putting an impact sensor on the roof or assumed it would already be a lost cause.
