Go to your own user look up, under your Karma it'll say "send message" to the right of that it'll say "redditor for 4 years" hover over it for a moment and you'll get a pop up that tells you the exact day and time you joined.

Edited to add: If you wanna get fancy with it, you can try Reddit Enhancement Suite. Then it'll tell you anyone's cake day (even your own!) when you hover over their screen name in any thread. It also has other nifty features like "tagging" so you can give your self weird hints to remember strangers by!
