Right in the feels... Damn, it's freaky to think how much we as humans need to be touched. Not necessarily in a sexual way, but just to maintain human contact. This brings to mind an story an Egyptian friend told me about. He claimed that it was very hard for him to make guy friends in the US because of touching being socially unacceptable between males culturally here. In Egypt, he could differentiate between male acquientances and close male friends by the degree of physicality that they would establish. Here however, guys cringed when he tried to hug them or be in very close proximity to them. Anyways, just to say that a little bit more of human contact would not kill anybody.
