Haha I experienced this bad when I was reading aSoS. I was in the middle of a crowded airport lobby waiting for a plane when I read that scene and I couldn't believe that everyone else in the lobby was just drinking their stupid starbucks coffee and eating some muffin, completely ignorant to the emotional fucking I just received.

I read it before going to sleep. I thought it was going to be a relaxing chapter. No sleep was had that night

GoT Relaxing

I finished GoT on a plane, I looked at my friend and just said "Dude. No, listen to me, dude. He's gone, dude." I got a lot of confused stares by the people around me.

I dunno if its just me, but when I read ASOIAF I almost feel like I'm transported into the book. And then I have to piss and it breaks the magic. But damn, GRRM can put you in a situation.

I'm reading ASoS right now, I hope it doesn't make me break down or anything

I think it's unfair of you to say who can relate better to what, but otherwise GoT is pretty traumatic.

I just finished the chapter in aSoS Book Spoiler and I was so emotionally distraught at work that I had to go to the bathroom and pull myself together!
