I actually do. I say this, among several other strange bits to my friends, especially. I've said this and other things to my boss. Sometimes even to complete strangers, appropriate accents included. I also say things in other languages, occasionally. Honestly, talking about it makes me realize how odd this actually might be to normal folk.

Things like: Excusez-moi!? Thank you, good(or kind) sir. Suka blat! You are a gentleman and a scholar. 'This is good point you make.' (Russian accent.)
