  3. No personal information. This includes anything hosted on Facebook's servers, as they can be traced to the original account holder. Stalking & harassment will not be tolerated.

not sure if its actually used to commute to work. I think they just have them for the players to get around the SOMA area after they get to the stadium. Saw Hunter Pence with one too at the Philz a block from the stadium in the afternoon before a night game.
