Alright, I found a much clearer video but it's still only a few seconds longer than the gif.

It was at Minute Maid Park and I didn't really see any booing or anyone looking too shocked, as claimed by OP, but again, the video is short. They didn't mention they sent her down another ball though and from reading comments, they say it as autographed.

I'm still not sure why no one threw her over the wall.
