Malcolm in the Middle was a great show.

[–]Serial_Masturbator 142 points143 points ago

When I was middle school, they aired Malcolm in the Middle right before the Simpsons on a certain channel. It was glorious.

[–]gbenjamin 95 points96 points ago

Sky One in the UK used to have The Simpsons, Malcom in the Middle, and Futurama going round and round in the evening, it was perfect.

[–]ismaithliomvag 41 points42 points ago

It was like that in Ireland too. loved it.

[–]bakerie 6 points7 points ago

Irritatingly, on the Irish Sky 1 feed, Futurama was replaced with something else for a year or two. Luckily you can still watch the UK feed with 'other channels'.

As much as I might get slated for saying I like Family Guy, that sounds like a perfect evening of watching.

[–]Sitrik 20 points21 points ago

We hate family guy now? Seems I'm behind the hivetimes

[–]GrandmasterSexay 0 points1 point ago

I've just seen some comments bashing the shit out of Family Guy and getting the reward of a lotta upvotes.

[–]jettrscga 8 points9 points ago

Sounds like hivemind. We really should make a weekly Hivemind newsletter. Sometimes I don't know what to think about things.

[–]jefferytaylor 6 points7 points ago

We've moved on from Black Mesa to Borderlands 2, we now support Gary Johnson over Ron Paul, and we're okay with Clint Eastwood again.

[–]XOJAMELLOX 3 points4 points ago

When weren't we okay with Clint Eastwood?

[–]nunchukity 0 points1 point ago

im not a fan of family guy but i thought it was pretty popular here on reddit?

[–]GrandmasterSexay 1 point2 points ago

Not from the comments I've seen about it on here. Maybe I'm wrong, who knows.

[–]Foster50 0 points1 point ago

Family Guy is always bashed around here. The hivemind's consensus is that it is not funny and also steals from the Simpsons. Me? I think it's hilarious and still as funny as ever.

[–]GrandmasterSexay -1 points0 points ago

I still like it, it's just getting a tad lazy and removed from its origins. But like I said, still like it.

[–]igotthisone 0 points1 point ago

wasn't futurama after simpsons?

[–]NerFxD 8 points9 points ago

It still airs on german Television, along with Scrubs, Two and a half man and a few others.

[–]silentwindofdoom77 -2 points-1 points ago

Dubbed? Might as well not be showing it.

[–]NerFxD 2 points3 points ago

yeah dubbed but the voices fit perfectly

[–]Ijustneedonemoretry 2 points3 points ago

Yeah the german voice actors do an amazing job but still there are limits in translating things and keeping the joke alive.

[–]NerFxD 1 point2 points ago

I don't know about you but i saw the english and the german version and must say the germans got some of the voices perfect almost better than the originals.

[–]Ijustneedonemoretry 0 points1 point ago

i enjoy the german bender so much more than the english one

[–]VerlorenesMetallgeld 0 points1 point ago

just because they suck less doesn't mean that they don't suck

[–]wirespot 0 points1 point ago

What did they do for that episode where Eliott speaks German?

[–]NerFxD 1 point2 points ago

speak danish.

[–]TheWhiteFountain 1 point2 points ago

Fox 11?

[–]Austin1227 1 point2 points ago

Some people have the best. life is unfair

[–]Serial_Masturbator 0 points1 point ago

Haha, that was pretty clever and it made me smile. :)

[–]ShitsCrazyMan 0 points1 point ago

Fox?

[–]oenoneshore 0 points1 point ago

Yes! It was the most glorious channel! I watched those two shows every night

[–]mistermowgli 24 points25 points ago

thank you. great show! makes brian cranstons role even more impressive in bb.

[–]whoatemypie77 7 points8 points ago

I miss it, a LOT. Hal was a genius creation Proof: when he teaches malcolm roller hockey with his roller disco moves AND the speed walking episode. The list is big.

[–]TeddyDuchamp 1 point2 points ago

For sure! I also love the one where he and Craig partner up on DDR.

[–]unknown_poo 3 points4 points ago

I just started watching Breaking Bad. It's hard for me to take Walt seriously when he's serious because he does the same angry expression as he did as Hal in Malcolm in the Middle.

[–]edub3920 3 points4 points ago

YOU'RE GODDAMN RIGHT

[–]wadonka 2 points3 points ago

life is unfair ;(

[–]the_doughboy 2 points3 points ago

I always felt sorry for Hal, a B*** of a wife and 4 horrible sons. But every once and a while he'd win big time and those episodes would usually be my favourite, and for some reason he was always running around in tighty whities in those episodes.

[–]Chambers1994 3 points4 points ago

Exactly! That's my childhood you're talking about right there.

[–]viro101 0 points1 point ago

Yea it was a great show. People use to say I looked exactly like Frankie Muniz when i was a kid.

[–]hypertown 0 points1 point ago

People told me I looked like Beans Aaron Garon from Even Stevens. It was a horrible thing to say to someone as no one wanted to look like that little freak.

[–]himynameis_ 1 point2 points ago

I think what he means is that Bryan Cranston is on Malcolm in the Middle also so he gets to watch him even if it is on a different show.

[–]arux10 0 points1 point ago

Award winning good

[–]thefran 0 points1 point ago

It got me hooked on Robot Wars for one.

But yeah, an unexpectedly great show.

[–]BrightonGoose 0 points1 point ago

Laser-guided bee cannon!

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points ago

It got pretty shitty half way through the show and when the whole baby thing came around and when they stopped writing Malcolm to be this brilliant kid and started writing him to be some dumbass teen it got worse.

[–]Starman72 30 points31 points ago

[–]spinningmagnets 83 points84 points ago

I thought everyone already knew that MITM was the Breaking Bad prequel

[–]codychro 42 points43 points ago

Or.. The sequel?

[–]cantidecamera 6 points7 points ago

SPOILERS SPOILERS: FRANCIS IS JESSE REINCARNATE, REESE IS BADGER REINCARNATE, MALCOM IS COMBO REINCARNATE, DEWEY IS SKINNY PETE REINCARNATE. "WALTER'S PENANCE: DEAL WITH THE DEVIL"

[–]redditor_3001 2 points3 points ago

Stevie is clearly Walt Jr

[–]cantidecamera 0 points1 point ago

STUPID STUPID STEVIES BODY CONTAINS THE SOULS OF BOTH GUS FRING AND DON SALAMENCA... PENANCE IS INFINITE.

[–]chris27scot 2 points3 points ago

Everyone knows 'Malcolm in the middle' is 'breaking bads' parallel universe

[–]Dirty_Towel 2 points3 points ago

Im guessing his daughter dies then..? Or She got a sex change and is secretly malcom.

[–]typebar 10 points11 points ago

She was going to talk to the cops, so he poisoned her.

[–]pruittmckean 2 points3 points ago

prequel

MITM was before BB

[–]TBatWork 1 point2 points ago

Drive takes place between Malcolm in the Middle and Breaking Bad, exposing Walter to the allure of criminal activity.

[–]jmoliver90 54 points55 points ago

This was what me and my housemates actually did while we were waiting for season five. We watched every single episode of MITM and it was good.

[–]mistermowgli 14 points15 points ago

same here man. we couldn't get our fill of cranston

[–]smackusmaximus 6 points7 points ago

feels good man

[–]BeerMeBlue 13 points14 points ago

May as well check out every Seinfeld episode featuring Tim Whatley.

[–]silenc3x 44 points45 points ago

Seinfeld: "I wanted to talk to you about Dr. Whatley. I have a suspicion that he's converted to Judaism purely for the jokes."

Father Curtis: "And this offends you as a Jewish person?"

Seinfeld: "No, it offends me as a comedian.

[–]TheTalkingCamelAnus 5 points6 points ago

He's a re-gifter!

[–]silenc3x 10 points11 points ago

Seinfeld: "I don't trust this guy. I think he re-gifted, and then he de-gifted, and now he's using an upstairs invite as a springboard to a Super Bowl sex romp."

[–]BeerMeBlue 2 points3 points ago

Makes me laugh even just reading it.

[–]BruceWaynesWorld 0 points1 point ago

Also check out that one episode of Sabrina the Teenage Witch. I think he played a lawyer to witches. I could be wrong about the lawyer part it was about 10 years ago.

[–]kingbenofgeeks 0 points1 point ago

Nope, that was him!

[–]BruceWaynesWorld 2 points3 points ago

He just took of his jacket and pants like it was a perfectly normal thing to do. Laughs were had. I always thought that if I were to ever meet Cranston I would act all star struck and say I loved him in Sabrina the Teenage Witch and not mention Malcolm or Breaking Bad.

[–]atroxodisse 0 points1 point ago

I like Minty Mints.

[–]RHodeidra 129 points130 points ago

I think his role in MITM was even better. A the episode where he has to testify and he explains that he has been skipping work every friday....

Godammit. Thanks alot, nothing will be done until I go through every season...

[–]DonnieCullman 50 points51 points ago

I'm partial to the one where he teaches Malcolm how to roller blade.

[–]Pretzy86 34 points35 points ago

That one and the one where he gets into speed walking, those are two of my favorites from the series.

[–]CreedoNauxus 5 points6 points ago

I like the one where he has the bee following him, almost teasing him and he teaches the bee a lession by driving his car straight into a wall

[–]albequirky 1 point2 points ago

Roll to the goal!

[–]dejerik 30 points31 points ago

hahah that was one of the best ones! He had all the receipts and everything from all the fun stuff he had been doing while skipping work.

edit:spelling

[–]RHodeidra 25 points26 points ago

And the look on his face whilst thinking back to the fun he had ... Bryan Cranston just showed more emotion in that show, from batshit crazy to deep deep emotional pain... and all of it was FUNNY

[–]dejerik 29 points30 points ago

seriously, even from the very beginning. I think my favorite scene in that whole show was when it was Lois' birthday that they had all forgotten and then for some reason they ended up in a hug brawl with a bunch of clowns who had insulted Lois at a Batting cage.

[–]due_the_drew 1 point2 points ago

Do you remember what episode that was, I was literally thinking of that episode yesterday and how funny it was. Need watch.

[–]dejerik 2 points3 points ago

season two episode three my friend. I have been rewatching the series since it got put up on netflix instant and just realized this one is next... ahhhhhhhhh yeeeeeeeeeeeah

[–]long_live_king_melon 0 points1 point ago

This is one of the only episodes I've never seen. I'll have to check it out on netflix.

[–]BrightonGoose 0 points1 point ago

Did you just call my wife "wide ride"?

[–]dejerik 0 points1 point ago

hahahaha ohhh I can't wait to watch this after work today

[–]HiImDan 2 points3 points ago

receipts?

[–]dejerik 1 point2 points ago

hahaha yes that is what I meant

[–]ci23422 1 point2 points ago

He also had photos (from amusement park rides), go cart passes with a photo, and some other really funny forms of proof that he wasn't at work on Fridays.

[–]Juscuz 6 points7 points ago

There was a ghost in my car...RIGHT IN MY CAR.

[–]steelpan 9 points10 points ago

[–]THE_APE_SHIT_KILLER 2 points3 points ago

I loved the episode were he was "locked" in the bomb shelter. Most Hal-centric are great

[–]BrightonGoose 0 points1 point ago

That episode is especially memorable if you're British. He finds an old playboy mag in the bomb shelter and looks at it, remarking "now that's a fanny!". In Brit slang a fanny is a vagina so it seemed fairly explicit.

[–]enozten 2 points3 points ago

I love the one where he defused a bomb. Such a great show and character.

[–]malousbal 0 points1 point ago

It happened to me and now I'm on the last season. It's a slippery slope...

[–]OruTaki 1 point2 points ago

Was that the one where he buys a bulldozer and crushes shit?

[–]RivetheadGirl 0 points1 point ago

how about when they go to the family reunion and he has to stop his father from tickling him so he steals every single coat in the house as padding.

[–]Kyle-Overstreet 1 point2 points ago

I love how the family stood up for Lois. That was so nice; and then se was finally cool with Piama.

[–]Trustmeiknowtheway -4 points-3 points ago

[–]Tanish7 14 points15 points ago

Watching Malcolm in the Middle again after Breaking Bad makes Bryan Cranstons' acting in Breaking Bad even more impressive, when i first saw Breaking Bad i thought i wouldn't be able to get Malcolm in the middle out of my head, now i just expect Hal to pop up with Jesse at any minute.

[–]friednoodles 16 points17 points ago

Make a cut out of Aaron Paul and tape it to your screen. And have audio looping him saying bitch at random interval. Voila

[–]Snazzlecrag 2 points3 points ago

[–]Pyistazty 2 points3 points ago

Whenever I started watching breaking bad, the first 30 seconds or so seemed like an episode of MitM for me. Pants flying through the air, Bryan Cranston in his tighty whities driving frantically making his panic noises.

[–]Bukowski32 12 points13 points ago

He just wants to see Bryan Cranston in his tighty whities.

[–]meatpopsicle999 1 point2 points ago

Oooo...Magic.

[–]DM818 18 points19 points ago

If only there was something more addictive than breaking bad.

[–]codychro 59 points60 points ago

Meth?

[–]liquidinsects 9 points10 points ago

Pretty decent X-files episode if you're looking to get your Cranston fix.

[–]NeoxGG 7 points8 points ago

I love the X-Files! Best show ever in my opinion.

[–]TwoLegsJoe 1 point2 points ago

I keep trying to get into it, but it just never seems to click with me.

Any awesome episodes you recommend? I've just been watching season 1...

[–]willscy 4 points5 points ago

x-files is very dated so it's hard to get into today if you can't put yourself into the 90's feel.

[–]magic_is_might 3 points4 points ago

I am a huge XF fan. However, the show is very dated and can be difficult to get into. And some episodes can be hit or miss and very cheesy. I love S1, but it's definitely not XF at its best.

My favorite early episode and episode that clicked with me is the episode 'Ice' from S1. Some other great S1 episodes are Eve, Beyond the Sea, Gender Bender, and Darkness Falls. The show really hits its stride in S3 when it comes to the standalone episodes, IMO. So you might want to try some episodes from that season.

Some great S3 episodes are Clyde Bruckman's Final Repose, 2Shy, Pusher, War of the Coprophages, Quagmire, and Wetwired. These are just standalone episodes that would be considered classic/typical Monster of the Week (standalone) episodes. These don't even touch the overarching mythology plots that can span several seasons or the entire show.

If the show still doesn't click for you, it simply may not be your kind of show. It's not for everyone :)

[–]Cranky_88 0 points1 point ago

Clyde Bruckman's Final Repose is my favorite episode! I love the X Files so much.

I wanna be Scully when I grow up.

[–]dom96 0 points1 point ago

I'm having the same problem. I remember watching a bit of X Files when I was younger, but now it just feels quite dated. I'm a big fan of David Duchovny, pity that X Files is so hard to get into.

I remember being excited about the 2008 X Files movie, perhaps try watching it as it is a bit more up to date. IIRC though it definitely does not beat the TV series.

[–]magic_is_might 6 points7 points ago

'Drive' is one of my favorite standalone episodes. Cranston was fantastic in that episode.

[–]TheColostomyBag 1 point2 points ago

Heh, Cranston's pretty good in the film 'Drive' too.

[–]magic_is_might 0 points1 point ago

Oh yeah, forgot he was in that too! So he was in 2 'Drive's.

[–]VerlorenesMetallgeld 0 points1 point ago

If you want your mind to be blown - check out who wrote that episode.

[–]robofunk 0 points1 point ago

Vince Gilligan wrote that episode.

[–]DarkTwistedFantasy 5 points6 points ago

An actual celebrity Twitter account and not a fake one. Good on you

[–]bitties 0 points1 point ago

It isn't verified though is it? I thought Twitter added a check mark next to verified celebrities.

Edit: You can see the check in Aaron Paul's response: https://twitter.com/aaronpaul_8/status/248132870839881728

[–]MrNoMoniker 8 points9 points ago

I do wish they'd work in a little roller coreography into breaking bad.

[–]dxcowboy 4 points5 points ago

I actually started doing that last week and pretending that it wasn't the cancer that changed Walt, but that he had been living a double life the whole time...

[–]johno456 0 points1 point ago

Brian Cranston is also in a few episodes of How I Met Your Mother as Ted's boss/coworker at the architecture firm, just in case you guys wanted to get some more cranston in your life

[–]corney91 2 points3 points ago

He's in a bunch of films too - Drive and Little Miss Sunshine are a couple that spring to mind, as well as the new Total Recall.

[–]jtrot91 0 points1 point ago

He was the one that designed the building model that this guy is looking at. This

[–]Corey1845 2 points3 points ago

I startet watching Breaking bad yesterday and watched the whole first season. Feels so unbelievable good, that there are so many episodes left, until i reach the current season and have to wait for the next episode every day.

[–]SamK2323 6 points7 points ago

Ration yourself. Those episodes will fly by and you will have to go cold turkey.

[–]Corey1845 0 points1 point ago

Yup, i am quite afraid of the moment, when the last current released episode is watched... Then i sit here... Dont know what to do but wait until the new episode comes out...

[–]SamK2323 1 point2 points ago

I'm already there my friend. It is a cold dark world once the light goes out, keep it burning for as long as possible, as hard as it may be!

[–]Corey1845 1 point2 points ago

Stop it... stop it please.. I am enjoying my BB episodes right now, and i dont need the feeling, i get, when its over...

[–]XXXTeens 0 points1 point ago

We warn him, but he's not going to listen. $50 says he'll have watched every single episode within the next two weeks.

[–]PBXbox 0 points1 point ago

I watched Season1 episode 1 one month ago. I just finished the first half of season five this week. I wish I had rationed :(

[–]Corey1845 0 points1 point ago

Can..not...ration...must..watch..everything..now!

[–]drink_your_milk 0 points1 point ago

you will have to go cold turkey.

bullshit. when you finish, you just start over again.

[–]SamK2323 0 points1 point ago

Its just not the same.

[–]Spicy_food 0 points1 point ago

I did the same, missed season 1 and 2 then watched 'till season 3 in a couple of days. Now im watching the whole of Sons of Anarchy.

[–]RivetheadGirl 1 point2 points ago

I just started it a few days ago. But I need to know where I can find SOA season 4 online. stupid netflix.

[–]Spicy_food 0 points1 point ago

I'm not from the states so i had to get it from TPB.

[–]this_sort_of_thing 0 points1 point ago

The great debate is whether Malcom is a sequel or prequel to Breaking Bad

[–]Missing_Username 2 points3 points ago

I know Walt is an amazing chemist, but I think he'd have to invoke some alchemy to become as young/healthy as Hal is for BB to be the prequel.

[–]7FoldSamurai 1 point2 points ago

He's such a procrastinator, I went further and dug up an old Seinfeld episode Bryan Heisenberg in it.

[–]TheDroopy 0 points1 point ago

Bryan Cranston.

[–]7FoldSamurai 0 points1 point ago

Walter Cranston

[–]ToastyTheDragon 0 points1 point ago

.... I just realized that the guy who plays Walter is the same guy who plays the dad from this show.

[–]phoenixphaerie 2 points3 points ago

Um, how the hell HASN'T he already watched Malcolm in the Middle? Several times? Seth Rogan is supposed to be a comedy type guy yet he hasn't seen one of the funniest comedies on television of the last 15 years?

[–]mistermowgli 0 points1 point ago

after I watched all of breaking bad that had been released, I watched the entirety of Malcom in the Middle, and it was fucking the fucking best decision. That show is fucking great.

[–]Comeh 1 point2 points ago

And people say gateway shows don't exist.

[–]MistarGrimm 1 point2 points ago

Yeah... I'm actually doing this. Lois' birthday was the last I saw.

[–]saysomethingdumb 0 points1 point ago

I've started watching BB again, it's great because I've forgotten so much, so in a way it's like watching it again.

[–]Jteppic 0 points1 point ago

Anyone know what the break is for? I thought a new one would have been out by now.

[–]ivanmarsh 0 points1 point ago

Bad Hal.

[–]Superman_lives 1 point2 points ago

Also go see the first episode of Revolution on hulu. It has Gus in it being his usual badass self.

[–]dookieface 0 points1 point ago

What truth is that?

[–]Yerac 0 points1 point ago

Well now I've got to go watch Malcolm in the middle. Thanks Seth.

[–]m8ushido 0 points1 point ago

Despite all the rave reviews and suggestions, I have yet to watch BB & I honestly couldn't get that into MitM, Malcolm annoyed me, but I enjoyed all the other characters. So with limited MitM knowledge and not seeing any BB, I have this imagining that BB is the dark continuation, were the dad's life goes down the shizer and he becomes a meth dealer.

[–]smileycat 0 points1 point ago

You should. You can totally see how his first marriage drove him to it.

[–]SaintAnarchist 0 points1 point ago

I honestly didn't think I could take Breaking Bad at first when I heard about it. "Hal makes meth? Well, this will be stupid.." Nope. Turns out Cranston is a damn good actor.

[–]wiserKeiser -1 points0 points ago

This is why i have successfully abandoned the show the first time they left in the middle of a season for one whole year. Yes, I haven't seen any episode since they had their first season. Yes, I intend to watch them all in a row when it comes out on blue ray.

[–]officialnast 1 point2 points ago

I'm so desperate for a new "freaks and geeks" I'm tempted to watch a Seth Rogen movie. Wait...never mind, not that desperate.

[–]jokoon 1 point2 points ago

A long ago I watched the first episode of breaking bad, but was not very much enthusiastic so I did not watch other episodes.

My gf wanted to watch Malcolm a lot (especially because of cute Dewey).

I was quite astonished at Bryan Cranston's performance, he is so good in this show. So I just decided to watch more breaking bad episodes because of this actor. Was not disappointed

Breaking Bad is awesome, but I'd like to point out that Bryan Cranston is much better in malcolm's father. Not that I prefer Malcolm's show.

Also Jonathan Banks was really awesome as Mike

[–]dragonmoony 1 point2 points ago

Implying Malcolm in the Middle wasn't an awesome show

[–]_vinegar 1 point2 points ago

i started watching sons of anarchy. it's easy to imagine they take place in the same universe

[–]jackarse32 0 points1 point ago

they should have a crossover

[–]fecalmatterplatter 0 points1 point ago

That is exactly what I'm doing! I'm on season 4 already.

[–]Appetite4destruction 0 points1 point ago

I'm in the middle of season 6.

[–]atroxodisse 0 points1 point ago

Thought about doing this just to see the contrast between MITM and BB.

[–]noodleBANGER -1 points0 points ago

Am I the only one here who already watched the last episode?

[–]vipez 0 points1 point ago

watch BOSS

[–]drawesome27 1 point2 points ago

I decided to start watching Breaking Bad now because of this. Thinking ahead, pew pew.

[–]OreoDrinker 0 points1 point ago

God. I...I never made the connection that Bryan Cranston was in MITM. Like, I knew I had seen him somewhere from a past life...but Jesus. So much more in life makes sense now.

[–]CatgotDevils 0 points1 point ago

Been there, and did that.

[–]heylookitsmykel 1 point2 points ago

Both are great shows. Bryan Cranston is incredible to watch. But can we give Breaking Bad a rest until next summer?

[–]ThatGuyinaHat 0 points1 point ago

My favorite is his recurring role in Seinfeld as the dentist.

[–]NotGuiltyByInsanity 1 point2 points ago

I keep watching BB and thinking, "Oh, man. Lois is gunna be SO PISSED when she finds out Hal's selling meth!"

[–]kezeran 1 point2 points ago

Aaron paul replied to him

[–]Helter-Skeletor 0 points1 point ago

My thought process after seeing this:

"What? Why would he watch Malcolm in the.....HOLY SHIT!"

[–]BraveArt 0 points1 point ago

I've done this on more than one occasion.

[–]Brandorules 0 points1 point ago

both shows are incredible. im just finishing the fourth season on netflix. very excited to see more

[–]billtill 0 points1 point ago

I did this earlier this year actually, and discovered Malcolm in the Middle is fantastic.

[–]9sp7ky3 0 points1 point ago

Honestly, I kind of raised myself off that TV show. Almost like The Cable Guy. I just don't work for the cable company. But yeah a lot of my friends and family can see traits I picked up from Hal, Francis, Reese, Malcolm, and Dewey.

[–]Sozin91 0 points1 point ago

I have created a new color by mixing blue and yellow. I will call it blellow!

[–]BigBOSSAlak 0 points1 point ago

This is the craziest episode of Malcolm in the Middle ever, when did Hal start doing meth!?

[–]you_lose_ 0 points1 point ago

I love both of the shows

[–]rudigercraig 0 points1 point ago

Me and my GF actually ended up watching Malcom in the middle after a season of breaking bad....we watched EVERY episode, it's so addicting!

The secret episode where Al turns to cooking crystal meth. And for no reason malcom gets cerebral palsy.

I really like to watch Malcom in the Middle and then watch Breaking Bad. It's kinda like seeing the night and day of Hal/Walter. There's good, happy-go-lucky Hal, and then there's dark, badass, meth-cooking Walt.

Except Malcom in the Middle was a way better show.

Remember when Seth Rogen was funny? Me neither.

I love you Seth, but Fuck Off. Malcolm in the Middle was amazing.

Am I the only one who didn't read this as negative towards mitm.

Is this reddit?

  1. Shitty title.
  2. Someone's tweet.
  3. People saying almost entirely unrelated shit in the comments.

Nailed it.

Like a BOSS.

X celebrity gets it.

Does anyone else "super obvious opinion"?

Fuck this website and these sycophantic dipshits.

Question: Why do you like Breaking Bad so much?

Personally I watch it, but I don't think it's a super awesome show. For me it's one of those 'good enough'. It has great moments but also constantly annoys me. Two main characters act like they have a memory of a gold fish, every time shit hits the fan they forget they've been in bigger shit and completely overreact. Walter often makes completely ridiculous decisions, especially for someone incredibly smart. And then there's Skyler.... Oh and they killed Gustavo, my favourite character.

So yeah, I'd really like to know why do you love this show?

[–]parkadactyl 2 points3 points ago

Gus had to go.

[–]hollydaze 0 points1 point ago

Agreed. But he was one of my favorite tv villains of all time

Dammit now I HAVE to watch MITM, good thing it's on Netflix
