Indeed! At Disney's Hollywood Studios Park in Florida, "younglings" can participate in the Jedi Training Academy where they get a lightsaber instruction course by a Jedi Master. It ends up with each kid fighting Darth Vader (or Darth Maul, depending on how busy the park is), and these Storm Troopers come out as part of the show as well.

Gotta get to the root of that problem. Next time you're out make a conscious effort not to fight. If you do this, you'll eventually reach that moment where she wants to fight and you'll see more clearly at that point what causes the fights. Then you can decide if it's fixable or not.

Yup, I've learned from my mistakes. I never get plastered when I go out with her anymore. If I do, I will say one dumb thing that will ruin the night. When she starts up her ridiculousness, I keep the fact in my mind that the next day she will be 'so so sorry' and admit it was all her fault. Just as long as I don't let her argument shit get to me, causing me to do/say something regrettable.
